Just because you put on a bodykit doesnt mean you're a ricer.
So, all the cars in the Japanese GT-500 are ricers, and the cars in d1? If you're smart you'd invest in bodykits, and spoilers(if rwd/awd), to shave off an extra 300th of a second. :P Guys have unpainted bodykits because not everyone has the money at once, and it's cheaper to prep the area needing paint yourself. Wow you must be rich as hell..for a supra those run for 30K |

QUOTE(artislife90 @ Sep 7 2005, 9:48 PM) QUOTE(urban dictionary.com) 1. ricer
A person who makes unecessary modifications to their most often import car (hence the term "rice") to make it (mostly make it look) faster. 2. Ricer Any oriental import car that has been modified for no real performance gain. 3. ricer Ricer - Any person who adds tasteless modifications to a perfectly normal automobile. |

I would have to say both, I buy tune up parts for my cars such as intercoolers, and new sparkplugs and such. But I am also planning to get a Neon engine just to look cool. However I don't like Japanese cars, even though I drive one. Porsche 911 Turbo Baby!

i'd put underbody lighting on a minivan that's not otherwise externally modded.
in addition, strip out weight, put in a nice large engine, mayhaps in the back. that would be hilarious... yea, i'd go for show. i don't have that big a neeed for speed. |

Yep, I don't have enough money for speed (nor money for a car period). Think about who you impress when you have a nice looking car, and who you impress when you have a fast car. That's why there are ricers. |
