text box problems, help please! Options

i have two paragraphs of text i want to put in text boxes (one with a photo). somehow the code isn't working right. i'm using this code:

here's the problem. i use the code for one of the paragraphs of text (and put </div>) at the end, and it works. but if i try it for my other paragraph, it doesn't work. Sometimes if I don't put </div> at the end, it will work, but most of the time it doesn't. Is this something common and is there a way to fix this??

Hmm. That's odd. Don't use that code for paragraphs. Use this code:

actually what i meant was that i wanted a scrolling text box like myspace has for the about me section . thanks for the paragraph code though.

thanks, the first code (the simple code) worked. but - if i try to edit it, say the height or width, it doesn't show. this is weird. should i try the second code? the one where you can edit the border and what not? <--lol
