QUOTE
Set in a 19th century European village, this stop-motion, animated feature follows the story of Victor, a young man who is whisked away to the underworld and wed to a mysterious Corpse Bride, while his real bride, Victoria, waits bereft in the land of the living. Although life in the Land of the Dead proves to be a lot more colorful than his strict Victorian upbringing, Victor learns that there is nothing in this world, or the next, that can keep him away from his one true love.

I'm dying to see this movie. throb.gif

I'm dying to see it too.
I'm a huge fan of Tim Burton's, and I saw the preview for it when I saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory---It looks AWESOME. Personally, I really like it when Tim Burton, Danny Elfman and Johnny Depp team up. This looks to be great. I can't wait to see it.

I have to agree with that. I mean when Elfman, Depp, and Burton get together it is magical, and if this is anything like Burton's nightmare before christmas it should be kick ass. can't wait to see it

I love movies, but I'm willing to starve myself of everything just to see this movie! Tim Burton, Danny Elfman, && recently, Johnny Depp are my heroes! Johnny Depp did a great performance as the role of Willy Wonka, it was amazing. Burton's work is pure genius, it's great, I can't wait for the release of Corpse Bride!

Can't wait to go see Corpse Bride. I've been into Tim Burton since I was a little kid. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory kicked, so I'm eagerly anticpating a return to the animation fray for Burton. It looks really good, by the animation standards...but will the plot deliver?? We'll see....

I LOVE their British accents! Wait, does Johnny Depp have a British accent? Just wondering--I never knew if he did or didn't. If he truly doesn't, in this film, I think that's the BEST British voice he's done--unless it's natural.

His acting is amazing! Haha the part where Emily popped out behind Victor (Depp) made me jump! It's a really adorable, powerful, random movie. I love it! The ending was sweet.

The movie was almost entirely unpredictable. The only thing I predicted was that the dude was the ex-hubby. Yea--that's about it lol.

Ooh and the way the animation is.. so awesome!

That's what made me think it was sad...
I blame the guy?
The one she was supposed to marry.
Emily didn't have anything to do with this, but she never got married.
She tried to tell herself she was, but she couldn't...
