I'm going to school this year in grade 10 for the first time since grade 2 ermm.gif I homeschooled for all the years in between.

I'm a bit at a loss for what I'm sopposed to get for my gym strip, so I thought you could help me out.

What do you wear for your gym strip?

EDIT

Clarification:

A gym strip is the clothes you wear for gym class, or P.E.

What's a gym strip? If you mean gym class, then, yeah, I usually wear shorts and a t-shirt.

At my school, they usually tell you what to wear so you might want to wait until school starts and see is they say anything before you buy something.

mellow.gif  really?

in my school, gym strip does have its forbidden clothing.
they say that you need track pants (that you can run around in), or athletic shorts. short shorts and tank tops are a no, because the shorts don't allow you to move freely, and tank tops are, er revealing.

i wear a loose tshirt and capri jogging pants. athletic shoes, of course.

Ya, my friend sais at her school soem gym teachers won't allow you to wear tank tops ermm.gif

A loose tshirt and jogging pants sounds good. But do I really need athletic shoes? Can I just use my sneakers I have right now? _unsure.gif They're not sopposed to be running shoes or anything, and they are pretty loose...but I donno, I really dont' want to have to buy ANOTHER pair of shoes blink.gif

for the gr 9 class in my school they have a gym uniform. It's really cheap though, they only make you pay like 15 bux for the whole thing. For the older grades, most people usually wear basketball shorts and a loose-ish tshirt

We have to wear blue shorts/pants and the school's t-shirt which can be found at the sporting goods place.

our shorts have to be 4 inches on the inside, and it just sucks..

hah, really? I don't think my schol provides gym clothes...but I can't be sure. I've kinda decided what I'm getting though. I'm gonna get a pair of sweat pants most liekyl from AE, and if I think theyr'e WAY too hot I'm gonan cut them into capris ( I can sew) and I'm gonan buy a couple tees form somewhere cheap and wear those. And I'm going to most likely wear my old new balance shoes which still fit me, but are god ugly. rolleyes.gif

Our school provides them for us. Everyone looks the same. A huge, cheap gray T-shirt and some nasty navy blue shorts. I HATE THEM.
