Whoa, that's reallyyy small but what I can't tell from it, the skin is looking smooth and the hair's fine. Nothing to criticize!

it looks good. yeah, lines could use some smoothing out. you should remove the actual picture from underneath though x_x. it`ll be easier for ME to critique anyway.
