when i dowlaod the brushes, how do i open them up in photoshop?

install them in
adobe/Photoshop[versionhere]/presets/brushes. then, they should show up in your Brushes when you use Photoshop [at least that's what I do..?] |

^ thats right. sometimes you have to restart photoshop for them to show.
You may have to extract them/unzip them. |

.. i must be stupidd lol i cant figure out how to do it, like i went under control pannel like your sposed to do with the fonts buut i couldnt find the adobe folderr, am i even sposed to look under control pannel?

no, you go through my computer>[hard drive] usually Local Disk C>Program Files>adobe>Photoshop[versionhere]>presets>brushes.

download them to the photoshop folder with brushes, then you go to brushes in photoshop program and it should be there.
