something wrong with colors in photoshop, desperately need help |

ok, one day, (i may have accidentally clicked on something) all my colors turned to grey..is there anyway to fix it? like when i clicked onthe color light pink, it went to light grey instead...so what do ineed to click on to fix it back to its normal colors? i tried looking for a topic on this, but it may have been closed..so can anybody give me an answer please?
