Interests link color help!, changing the color of the links Options

I recently made a layout but I cant figure out how to change the color of the links on the left under interests. They are all black until you hover then they turn red. I'd like them to be gray or white instead.

Anyone know how I can change just those link colors to match the others? Or why they aren't the link color I picked for the page to begin with? Or maybe a code I can put in each individual edit box to change them?

Then in your code, edit the hover color and the normal color.

the code I used changed all the main links to the same color and everything. I dont know how the side links are a completely different color all together. I didn't put in the code anywhere for them to change red from black. The only color I put was red to white- which the main links do.

I guess I'm asking for a way to add the side links into the code some how.. maybe my code left them out? And they are just.. actually I dont know where they got the color change from.

Would it help if I put my code into here? If so how do I do that? Or if you get the code from my site with view sorce?

so you've made links as in:
<a href="url">fgeafje</a>
or are they the default links? as in, whatever you type there becomes a link?

I'm not sure about the other person, but I've used the CSS code to change the color of my links. All of the links changed to the correct color except in the ones in my interest section. They still remain black and red on hover. (So...default links)
