hey...new here...umm well from wut i know it's hard to diet to lose weight from certain areas as it tends to be all over....but like crunches, sit ups, and pushups help target ur core....n running and such targets ur legs and thighs.....so yes. oh and swimming give you the long lean muscle look rather than bulky. hope i'm of some help...good luck on the whole tummy thigh thing

Swimming is good for your entire body not just one area.
Running will probably slim your waist, but you thighs may get bigger due to muscle.

just exercise...running or swimming helps for legs. eating less won't help anything.

don't start going on a diet! its ok to cut back on junk foods, but don't diet or starve yourself...

Crunches, squats, and so forth only build muscle. Too lose fat you have to do cardiovascular workouts [[swimming, running, steps]]. blink.gif

well you should do squats but I think thats for the hemstring and the butt, dont worry about it just think when you have children your hips are going to become 1x-2x their original size and thunder thighs are hot be happy with what you have

for the waist, you can try hul-hooping.
for the thighs....auno....jog? or if you go swimming, get a kickboard and just do kick board relays for half an hour....
