A little help? Iframe substitution? Options

The Iframe page

After a bit of research, I've found that Myspace wont allow Iframes....

The link above, is exactly how i'd like the page to look.

Is there any way to substitute the iframe, for a <div> or something else?

that is not iframe...u just have to add borders around the entire page, that's all

Is what the page is made out of.... I'll try your suggestion though, thank you very much :)
