I've seen some calendar modules posted here, but my question is whether there are any that will auto update or do they all have to be manually updated? Specifically, I'd like one that is like the basic xanga one, in which it shows all the days that you have made a post, and you can click on it and it will bring up that post.

I think it will automatically update... I'm not sure though.
You can try clicking on it.

Which calendar script are you talking about? The ones I've found are all manual. Post a link?

-murmur- The Xanga ione automatically changes date because that's just how Xanga programmed it. You could probably script some sort of Javascript for that... But I see no point in doing that when this basic form has only to be updated once a year. I find that quite easy enough.

Oh good! Once a year is no biggie, I thought it had to be manually updated to show each post, thanks. :)

Oh, before I forget... Each year you might want to change the year to look like this
CODE
<option selected="selected" value="2005">2005</option>
and the previous year to look like this
CODE
<option value="2004">2004</option>
so as not to create confusion with your readers. Oops.... I also forgot to say that wherever it says 'USERNAME', you replace it with your xanga username... Oh! And you can change the colors by using this (scroll down).
