Position of Comments, using div Options

Hi. Im working with div layers to customize my myspace. I want to keep my original friends list & comments and move it to a different part of my page using position. Can anyone help me set up a div block that will allow me to position my friends list & comments anywhere on my page? Thanks!

Ok so I found this code, but im not exactly sure where to put it. Should it be in beyween style tags? div tags?
