Just in some places. I don't have friends at my community service program, because I'm the newest one there. It doesn't bother me, because, frankly, having the approval of annoying people like them isn't high up on my list of priorities.

But, usually I have friends. At school, church, etc.

i'd be fine with having no friends, after all that's how you see what people really are like.

for example, i've witnessed plenty of girls who turn ugly when they're jealous of you and want to destroy your reputation, even if you're the best of friends...i would have been friends with them but phew.

i like to observe people and laugh at how idiotic they are.

Yeah... it didn't feel good.
This girl who I THOUGHT was my friend somehow, turned all my other friends against me. So for a couple of months, I had no one to talk to because all of them suddenly started to ignore me. I didn't even KNOW what I did wrong! cry.gif But this was when I was in grade 3 cry.gif

In elementary school I was very quiet. So I didn't have very many friends then.. only about three or four. And then when I moved I didn't have friends because I was new.

But in 7th grade I did feel like I had no one. I felt like all my friends had turned against me. It wasn't nice.. but everyone regrets doing that to me.

I don't think there has ever been a point in my life where I have had no friends. Although there are a lot of times, especially recently where I wish I didn't have any and I could just be alone so people wouldn't bother me so much. Of course, that doesn't happen, phone calls and IM's day after day to see if im ok or if I want to do something. Its annoying the f[u]ck out of me. Yeah, at times I wish I had no friends at all and wish that I could just be left alone. Although im pretty sure that if they were gone, I'd regret that decision.

^ Yea, you would regret that. Having no friends kinda sucks. If it's like, a week, that's different. Two years sucks.

For two straight years? Come on, you cant say that you didn't have at least ONE friend, or someone that you could sort of talk to. If you don't mind my asking, how did that happen?

It was when I was in Hong Kong. In Kindergarten, no one would talk to me, either talk or even look. It was like I was a disgrace to them to have me in their class. The teacher will force me to join the girls to play .. it was very diffacult for me dealing with that when I was just so little. No one are willing to play or do anything with me. I cried so much the 1st day when I first started, because I wasn't used to do anything without my parent or maid. So, thats the mostly where I had no friends. The more I grew up, the more friends that I had. =)

hm... from grades 4-6 i had about 5 friends. it made me fell lonely though, because i only felt that i could trust one of them. it wasn't until 7th grade that i made more friends. but it does feel bad... it's like no one cares or needs you.

Yes madame. Same here.

I'm friends with lots of people. Just people I talk to .. hang out & stuff. But I still haven't found one that I can really trust.. understand me, & stuff. .. Like a twin, kinda.

It wouldn't bother me if I didn't have any friends. I got my back. I could trust myself. I'll be all I need.

I can't imagine not having friends, I mean, who's there to pull you up when you just feel that you don't have the stregnth?

It would bother me....When I was in kindergarten I didn't have any friends.  I talked to some kids, but I never really TALKED to anyone, I just drew, and stick to my art work.  I was a lonely girl.... pinch.gif

Um having no friends is actually fun. All my friends are in summer camps and I am all alone. I like being alone. It's calm and peaceful.

I remember a time kinda like that in 3rd grade. It's not that I didn't have any friends, it's just that they were being typical 3rd-grade-brats to me so I tried to find new ones. I think I played with somebody different every day at recess because I didn't like anybody in my grade lol. I'm picky when it comes to friends.

Yeah, but I was really young..Y'know the age when you actually needed friends at school because it hurt your social growth?

I guess you could say I wasn't bothered because the next year I became a tomboy, traded in the girls for guys, and became violent. rolleyes.gif Ah, I made such progress. Haha...I really don't regret it because I'm fine w/ where it's gotten me.

I did have friends. But I pretend I had no friends when I was attending my elementary school at Alaska. I always played with myself and imagine that I had an imaginary friend. I even talked with the seagulls and the eagles. I even went to ocean by myself and pretending I'm talking to the orcas. Or I would collect the colorful rocks.

And it did not bother me that time. But now in my 11th grade year. I would care if I had no friends. I would cry and be ALL depressionly girl.

yeah...i've spent quite a lot of time friendless. i typically had james, but when he moved i was mad a him, things were not so good. now, i have friends, but i'm not particualrly close to them, so we're not really friends in the conventional sense, i suppose
