derrrr i've been having some problems with my mom lately, like its becoming harder and harder to talk to her. is this normal, or am i just a spoiled little girl?

My mom and I are really close, but thats only because I was taken from her when I was 9 years old by some conniving family members of mine. I was only allowed to talk to her once a year, if that. I didnt get to see her for more then a total of 2 weeks for ten years. It was really messed up. SO now that I'm all grown up, we are really close, mostly to make up for lost time. Yup.

Yea, me and my mom are always arguing because we're so alike in some ways, and totally opposite in others. No one gets together all of the time, but I still respect her, because she's my mother and all that, and we get along some of the time....Life isn't all that bad with an asian mother

All kidding aside, it's perfectly normal for your relationship with your mom to get tougher as you get older. You might be spoiled, but that's probably not the root of the issue. Being a teenager entails being a lot more moody, so your relationships with your parents, people in authority, or anyone else for that matter tends to be a bit rough. It'll be okay. Just take deep breaths and try not to get angry about little things.

My relationship with my mom is the same. We fight every other day, only once a week if we're lucky. Sometimes I just have to remind myself that I can't get mad at every little thing she does, and if things don't go my way, that's just the way of the world and I can't whine about it.

I'm pretty darned close to my mom with most everything, except like...bfs...but no because she won't allow them, just simply because I'm too damn embarrised to tell her about them. Not that there have been that many... but the ones I have had, or been close to having, I've NEVER shared with her. But bassically everything else I share with her yes...and she takes it all (or most of it) very nicely. Although she is still opposed to me dying my hair she thinks it's make "too much of a mess" psh. I told her Id' be careful but she won't listen.
