Warning: I'm a noob. Now that that's done... :)
I just got the layout for my xanga site finished, and in IE it works fine. In Mozilla, the blogging posts are all off center. Is there a way to correct it so that Mozilla users will be able to see it correctly or am I out of luck? Here's the link to my site: http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=friarblues Thanks! |

Actually, I'm having exactly the same problem. I just switched over to Firefox last night because I realized that IE was making everything blown up and all pixelated... but then I found out today that none of the Xangas look right except one, and that one I didn't really like that much. I would really appreciate some help here, and I hope there's an easy solution to this problem (if so, maybe it should go up in the FAQ?).

*nods*
It's been a while since I've wrangled with html stuff, though I can usually get the hang of it by looking at the codes. But I haven't a clue on how to make mozilla and IE be nice to eachother in this regard. |

Yeah, it's well known that Mozilla and IE handle HTML codes differently.
Is IE your main browser? Do most of your friends use IE? Then just leave it. However, if you and people you know mostly use Firefox, then you might want to change your code a bit to make it work. I know, i get mad when it doesnt work in both Oh well. |

*shrug* I use Firefox, but I also have IE for the testing and stuff...
I usually just code it in Firefox and it works fine in IE. (Keep in mind that some parts of the codes don't matter in Firefox but do in IE.) |
