Yeah, that's how I feel. rolleyes.gif

To get to the point, I went through something really awkward today.

As you know, I am engaged. Well, my fiance, John, has a brother that I haven't exactly met. He lives in California, but he flew down three days ago for the wedding.

Anyway, John, his brother (Charles), my in-laws and I went out to eat lunch at a buffet place.

Since John and my in-laws went up to the buffet table, I had to stay at our table to watch Geena and Charles stayed with us.

We got to talking and everything, and suddenly he starts complimenting me. For instance he said, "You have really nice legs."

I thought it was pretty creepy, but I just ignored it. Then he said, "Jesus, I wish I got to you first. My brother is always the lucky one....He always wins..."

And I tried to ignore that part. Then, believe it or not, things got even more awkward.

Charles: Can I ask you something?
Me: Yeah. What?
Charles: If you hadn't met my brother first...
Me: Mmhmm....
Charles: Do you think...?
Me: Do I think what?
Charles: Do you think if I met you first that we coulda...you know...
Me: Haha, I don't think so.
Charles: No, no, I'm not kidding.
Me: Oh. Well, it really doesn't matter, I met John first, haha.
Charles: It's fcuking hypothetical, Felicia.

I was surprised that he cursed at me pinch.gif We just stopped talking then and waited until John got back to the table.

Have you ever been in an awkward situation like that? Where a friend or a relative of your boy/girlfriend hit on you?

Dude, how am I gonna face him at the wedding? pinch.gif

You put the smack down on his ass.

OR BETTER, Let John do it, we brothers love having excuses to take out our other brothers.

Make it on pay per view and you get money with it!

it's a win win lose situation!

laugh.gif Great idea!

But, I'd confront him about it. Tell him it's making you uncomfortable, and that you don't like it and you want it to stop. It that doesn't work, tell your fiancee, and then the both of you talk to him about it.

That's extremely rude. Hmm.. I guess I had some shit like that before. My boyfriend's brother always hung around me and stuff and people started suspecting that I liked him instead of my boyfriend. But I mean, our relationship was REALLY low profile and yeah. It's pretty annoying when people can make assumptions like that, but it's not so much your reputation this is, but your own comfort.

Jeez, tell the man to back off. Enforce some of your power.

7. cut the brakes on his car.
8. oops, i pushed him over a bridge.
9. pretend to like him back, pretend to cheat, and then take some photos of him with you, pretending like it's rape or whatever, bring it to court, and sue the shit out of him, and then go live in the bahamas with john for the rest of ur lives, being all happy and yay.

TELL JOHN !
What if he was scared all along and knew his brother would say something like that to you.
OH and then emphasize the part where he swore in front of Geena.
Er yeah. Sue him for sexual harassment. To a minor. Mwahaha.

What an a-hole. How old is he? How are you gonna face him? Don't. Or tell him that he made you feel very uncomfortable that day to make sure he doesn't do it again.

It's sort of happenned to me before. While I was "getting it on" with a boyfriend from a while back at some house party... his friend kept walking in and um... admiring the view. He even told my boyfriend that if he needed any assitance, he'd be glad to help. LOL. He was very very drunk.

Dude Felicia, that was really innapropriate of him. You should tell your fiance that his brother hit on you. That makes me SICK. but yah, I would def just stay away from him, and at the wedding, i mean that's a special day between you and John..so charles is outta the picture, just don't get close to him or talk to him at the wedding lol. seriously, that's so messed up. i'm really sorry that happened. But i def think you should talk to ur fiance about that one.
I don't think i've ever been in a situation like that..thank goodness.
I'm really sorry that happened tho :( that guys a creep, stay far away

Obviously, he's pretty much a dickhead and i'm proud to say that.

You wouldnt be with that dickhead if you met him if you did then you'll broke up. Beside, who wants to be a dickhead's wife? you get the point? happy.gif i hope it helps.

Just report this situation to your future husband. Maybe he might talk to charlie about it. Maybe he could spread the unexpected news to his family members.

Also, you can embarassed him in front of everyone while you're doing an announcement or your part =]

about facing him at the wedding, just dont pay attention to him. if i were you, i would really hated people who has gotten my attention in the past. it really screw the next situation just like your upcoming wedding.

what the heck, would you believe that? Maybe Charlie is a loser. He probably let his brother to succed. Well, the point is .. just dont believe his blabbing little nonsense .. even if he did, he shouldnt be inferring your happiest relationship since you have the right not to make any contact with a dickhead, charlie. happy.gif

ohmy.gif that's disgusting mad.gif you're going to be his sister soon (sister-in-law but it's pretty much the same thing...or at least it should be)

what a sleazy bastard...how can he try to come onto his brother's fiance? _dry.gif

you should probably do something about your future brother-in-law...because he seems to be those violent jealous types because he cursed and seemed to get all worked up because you were turning him down...

i forgot to answer the question, silly me. i always dated the oldest boy in the family...and their siblings were always younger than me or i never met them...however my ex's friends would always say how pretty i was to my ex and how lucky he was and that pissed off my ex...i don't understand why wouldn't you be proud to have a pretty girlfriend? sad.gif
