I don't really have anything in mind when I'm getting dressed. I just choose clothes that I like and that make me feel alright, so I guess I'd have to say I dress more-so for comfort.

I think it's a both for most people...

Me, I buy clothes that are attractive to me. If they don't have pins and needles sticking out of the collar, it's comfortable to me.

How uncomfortable can clothing be?

If it is really uncomfortable, I'll most likely not wear it much...or just not buy it at all.

I guess I dress for fashion, because I feel comfortable ONLY when I feel that I'm dressed "fashionably." I'm not talking about like formal stuff, just that I don't go around in sweats and baggy t-shirts.

well, I certainly don't dress to impress. I love looking nice though, and I hate it when I look at myslef in the mirror and don't like what I'm wearing pinch.gif I used to hate all the clothes I had ( I was a very troubled child. still am) and I'd like cry for hours over it. What a waste of time stubborn.gif but umm I won't buy something if it's not comfertable so hmmm, I said both. Very unoriginal I know pinch.gif

I hate uncomfortable clothes or clothes that make me feel self-conscious, AKA tight clothes, even if they feel OK. But still, I don't dress like in sweats and stuff. I just put on a pair of jeans and a nice shirt with my tennis shoes and I'm good to go.

When I'm going out I usually dress in something flattering, which usually doesn't mean comfort lol.
however, when I stay inside the house I'm def all for comfort!
Sweats all the way!
I have some comfortable clothes that look good outside as well.
Same thing with shoes...
I'd say about 60% of the time I go for comfort.
The other 40% is def fashion

1. Who Im With
&
2. Where im going...

Eh most of the time at home im in P.J's
At school im a bit more dressed up. happy.gif

I dress to look good. Sometimes, I'll wear some crappy slipper-like ballet flats, because I don't feel like getting blisters... but that's pretty much the extent of my comfort level. I don't do it to "impress" anyone, I just like to look nice. For me. No one else.

Weird? Maybe.

Both for me~

I dress for comfort in a way that the clothes i'm wearing isn't THAT outdated....... i don't go for expensive branded clothing but just clothing that is casual enough to still be in fashion~

But if its like a steaming hot day and i'm wearing a jacket/jumper/sweater or something that looks suffocating, then i'd take if off. coz otherwise ppl would start staring and giving me looks.

I'd say both. I always buy reasonably fashionable clothing, but only if I'm comfortable in it and it fits me right. I'd never wear anything that I didn't feel almost 100% comfortable in.

I am a sucker for fashion but comfort too. Most of my comfort clothes are usually fashionable. Comfort + Fashion = Juicy Couture Sweats throb.gif. I count my Juicy Couture sweats as comfort clothes but still fashion-ish _smile.gif.

ALWAYS BOTH. I've tried on quite a few REALLY cute clothes and oftentimes, they itch or the fabric doesn't feel nice.

I do wear designer clothes and I admit that I DO dress to impress, but all my clothes are comfortable. In fact, you could say that at one point, I have slept, wearing each one of my outfits, and I was still comfortable. Most of the time I'm at my boyfriend's house or my friends' houses, and I tend to take naps there sweating.gif in whatever I'm wearing.

Then again, I am a jeans-girl and I usually wear comfy long-sleeves or t-shirts--none of that flashy, trendy stuff.

I don't think it's possible to dress for fashion.

both basically i dress comfortable but i don't look like crap either.

there are some freshmen girls in my summer school class who come all dressed up when all you do is sit there for 2.5 hours and read packets when everyone else just puts on like t-shirts and stuff.

For me, fashion is comfort. Unless I'm at home. then I just wear normal clothes.

^ Agreed.

Sometimes I get in these random moods where I want to dress fashionably. Other times, I don't care enough to do so. It really depends on how I'm feeling at the time.

I love high fashion. Of course I have to be comfortable as well, but you won't catch me in old sweats - more like l.a.m.b sweat suits:D

honestly i don`t think anything is REALLY unbearably uncomfortable. unless it`s those heels or something that you`d wear anyways.
so for fashion. of course if something bothers me enough then i won`t wear it.

I think there's a good medium between both. sometimes i'll wear something uncomfortable for the sake of fashion or a special occassion, but usually not.

Comfort for the WIN.

I love being comfortable before ever getting clothes for the looks.
Although when the time is right to look your best then I would dress for looks, but I would be pretty positive to get something comfortable and that looks great.
