Well maybe you should use light kotex. It's strange but I'm sure you're not the only one who gets it.

I've never heard of that.. Try training yourself to sneeze not as hard? That's my friend did.

You know, I've never heard of that. Have you ask you doctor about it? I'm really going out on a limb here, but you MIGHT (although it's highly unlikely) have Urinary Tract Infection. It happens when you hold your pee in a lot. i know that it can cause discharge to develope.. and well if you hold your pee in a lot.. some pee is bound to squirt out when you sneeze. I'm not sure. Like I said.. it's just a guess.

The discharge comes out when you sneeze because sneezing makes you contract muscles and stuff, but it's the discharge that seems to be the problem. This could be a number of problems, or it could just be normal, it's hard to say. Go get it checked out with a doctor if you're worried. Other than pantiliners or changing your underwear like every hour, i have no idea what to say.

bladder control. cut down on the caffiene, it makes you loose control of your bladder. (aka: drop the soda)

I've never heard of this, but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about. Since I don't know that much about it, you might want to take somebody elses advice. If it really concerns you, maybe you should visit a doctor.

That's whatcha do. Unfortunately, yes it's painful, [the dropping of the soda] but it'll help you. I had to quit drinking for a while.

^what she said. cut down on the caffeine. and until it stops, wear the thin pads that you wear before your period comes. if this doesnt stop happening, contact a doctor.

Exactly what she said. Caffeine usually helps that happen.

It shouldn't be too much of a problem unless it soaks through your pants. I think everyone else pretty much gave you an answer, but I mean, if you change your underwear everyday and you have a functional washer, you're fine. If it's really heavy discharge, maybe you should consult a doctor (if you feel it's entirely necessary).
