Actually, this post isn't for people to give advices, just sharing experiences here.

Are you compatible (as in love compatibility) with someone from your opposite sex? That person does not have to be your bf/gf, but I am just sort of curious.

Yes I do. That's pretty interesting. That guy is my friend's ex-boyfriend. When I hang out with him, everybody thinks that we are couples, or even the ones who knew we aren't couples say we look like couples. Despite of that, he is my best guy friend, and I am his best girl friend. Last week, my friends invited us to that one girl's house, so we went there. The friends were playing with those love compatibility tests (actually surveying out relationships), love thermometer, astrology stuff) and wanted us to play with these tests too to satisfy them (because we always look like couples to them, so they made us to take these tests to see whether we were love compatible or not). So we took the quiz just for fun. Surprising, the results were that we were 100% compatible in all these tests. My friends were shocked by that because they didn't get these shocking results when they took them with their partners. Usually these quizzes aren't true...but somehow that is pretty coincident. My friends said that we should be together, but the fact is that we both weren't in love, so there is no point why we should be together no matter how compatible we are. Well, we admit that we are compatible.

Hm. Yes, I've been in practically the same situation as you.

It's a weird feeling, knowing that you are compatible, but that you're not attracted at all. Haha...weird.

yes. i think being compatible with personalites is a good factor.. but doesnt make the relationship what it comes to be.
