Help with table size [abandoned], table size is too big on left |

ok so ive been making my friends myspace and like i dont know why, but the left side of her tables are way too big. i know theres a code to change the width and stuff but it looks weird... maybe the width size i did was too small or too big but if i couuld please have the code again or maybe the average width? thanks ... heres the myspace
