If someone submits a layout twice, but in two different categories...it's still the same layout. Shouldn't only one be accepted?

If you mean they submit it for MySpace, and Xanga, then no.
Some people use Xanga, some people use MySpace, some people use both. |

Well both of them should be accepted. There are people who cannt convert xanga layout to myspace layout or whatever. Its good to have more opurtunities to select a layout. Let cB give life to the fullest =] haha.

I agree with everyone above, if it's in different catagories, it counts, because the coding is different and the layout is for different types of blogs

Talk to yourself elsewhere, brownsugar, and no I don't mean xanga or myspace. I mean both are xanga, just one is say, music and one is...I don't know, misc. So don't just go assuming. And I AM giving FEEDBACK by saying that it's ridiculous to accept the same layout when they're both xangas, or what have you, only different categories. Where would you like me to post this?

If they're in two different categories (like Anime and uhm.. Minimal) then yes. Only one is accepted.
