what do you mean? it depends entirely on many factors.. how big do you want the space / where do you want the space, etc

Depending on what you are doing, you could use the margin property to accomplish this. Say you had a DIV, and you wanted the empty space below it:

<div style="margin-bottom:100px;">


Naturally you could change 100px to however much space you wanted.
