Well i'm pretty sure you mean mousse and i use it to make my hair wavy. I put it on my hair after i take a shower and then use bunch of clips and roll sections of my hair up til the sections are like mini buns, clip them up with the clips (works better if your hair is like clipped on top of your head) and then either blow dry it or let it air dry (takes quite awhile to air dry) and then when you take the clips out your hair is like messy wavy...you kinda have to fuss with it a little but it looks cool and nice.

Blow dry your hair till it's slighty damp and then foam some up in your hand, put in hair, comb and style.
