how to light water on fire:

take water.
take a bottle of hand sanitizer.
pour it on the water ( it should float on top)
light it.
floating campfire!

alternately, you can pour the hand sanitizer into your hand and light it there. in about a second it will start to get hot, then you lower your hand into the water and it floats up or goes out, depending on how fast you go down.

you might have to turn out the lights to see it.

That would be pretty cool, I don't really want to try it though =(. I fear lighting my house on fire. Although, I wonder if you could mix the hand sanitizer with the water, maybe make some kind of candle type thing with it... Hm...

you want to do it inside so:

1. you can see the flame. it's faint and you can't see it unless it's dark.
2. fill up the sink, so if the flame starts to burn you stick your hand in there and it instantly goes out.

Ha. Ive done it with calogne. It burned my hand.
My mom asked me what i did, i told her i burntmy hand on a pot while making Ramen Noodles. I <3 those. But, yeah, i think fire is cool.
