Module Bloded Text, HELP! Options

Hey. This is my xanga here.

And if you'll see on my Left module. The bolded texts, such as Name, Metro, etc are thesame color as the rest of the text in the box. Is there a way i can change those words AND color? PLEASE HELP! I'll be online.
