If you actually read past just the title and read the first paragraph of the article, you'd find that it was nearly fifteen hundred sheep that actually jumped and only four-fifty that died.

....

Jesus. Learn to read.

... when they say "wasted," I don't think they mean on drugs and that sort of junk. I think they mean in the sense that the sheep aren't worth anything anymore, that it's a waste. ...

Like I said before. Ever hear anyone call someone else a sheep for following trends..?

QUOTE
Sheep tend to follow the lead of others [...] Such passive behaviour can be advantageous in that it offers greater protection from predators, and, if the flock finds a food source, can help ensure that all animals are fed. It can be disadvantageous if the group should make a mistake, such as following the wrong path to a food source.

the mad scientist will use the lemming wool to create suits out of lemming wool and will get g8 to wear it. g8 will go on a hike, and because it's lemming wool, one will jump off a cliff and the rest will follow.
