Erm... i think those were scanned sticker-photos. Like, those small photos (that are actually stickers) people take with those huge machines. Then afterwards you can add effects and deco and stuff.

do they add the deco nd stuff on the machine or on the computer.. lolz..sorry that might have been a stupid question. but i just wanted to make sure
+edit+.. how do i make something have a glow in the back?? on photoshop?? cuz i have an idea. but i dont know how to make my bruses glow... |

^ After they take the pictures, the machine lets you "draw" on your pictures & add pictures and borders and backgrounds etc etc.
Do do stuff like that on the computer, i think you'd use brushes. |
