first. what is the code to make glowing text?

and on this girls myspace she has a box withtwo lines in her about me section how do u do that? but instead of putting the box around the whole about me section i want to put it around a part of that section. like this:

About Me:
TEXT
BOX - Text - BOX
TEXT
end about me section

so that the box only goes around that Text

and i tried using the glowing text code but it doesnt work it shows up when i click preview but then i click sbmit and it doesnt work..could it be cuz of my layout?

yea that works but it puts the box around my whole section and i only want it around part of the section

like i have some lyrics on my page and i wanna put the box atround that but i also have some tests/quiz things and i dont wanna put the box around them but they r both in the same section.
like this:

i want the quiz to be just plain
