to make that banner, use the big book of recourses for brushes like those, and splatter them everywhere, make some nice effects.

yeah.. i think those "harsh" ppl.. just need to chill i can understand if they were a old memeber.. but newbie's should have little exception.. plus she put it in.. xanga request cuz maybe she wanted it to be in her xanga? see if i was a newbie i would do that too..
But umm.. yeah use Paint shop pro or Photoshop.. they are the bakbone of design making.. lol |

I am an old member. And I never really was new. I kinda drifted in... And I don't remember being new.
 And you shouldn't be bumping topics without any good reason to. We like to let old topics die an easy death and not be brought back. You didn't even contribute anything to the topic.

to make banners, you can use any program, even microsofic powerpoint! thats where i started, then my parents got me adobe so, you can use many programs, i'd recomend photoshop or paint shop pro. all you really need to have is some brushes, time, and a creative mind and there you go a nice banner ;P hope that helps

get photoshop.
go to the big book of recources and download photoshop brushes. splatter them everywhere. and viola. |

Download brushes, and download some cute fonts that would go well with the banner.
You can do this even with MS Paint with the porcelain font. Look in the tutorials and the big book of resources, I am pretty sure there are some links and tutorials about that. |
