well, im a pretty skinny kid but my stomach like protrudes from my body cry.gif
its not that big, but i'd just like to know if any1 has anytips on how to tone it down.

i dont need tips on how to get a six pack, just flatten it a little.

hmm, well i guess i eat toooo many sweets, and too much food. k

if anyone could please give any great excercises plz do so. i searched for a flat stomach one, but i couldnt find it. all i saw were stuff for abs. if there is a topic, i'd greatly appreciate it if some one could post the forum, and any mods could close the topic.

Ok, you can do the plank CLICK HERE FOR DIRECTIONS.

You can do six inches when you lay flat on the ground and lift your legs up about 6 inches.

You can do a side bridge. CLICK HERE FOR DIRECTIONS

Then there is always regular sit ups

Do the exercises for abs. Those are the only muscles that will get rid of the fat around your stomach area, so those are the ones you have to work out. Just tone it down a bit once you start getting too much definition.

Ab exercises are just as good (if not, even better) than just regular exercises.

Google it. God bless whoever invented Google!

do this crunch... where you have your head and feet on the ground, then pull both your head and knees in, so it's sort of doubling the work. and run a lot. there have been lots of topics on this

well.. what do you think you're supposed to do then? ermm.gif
quit eating sweets altogether, eat until you're not hungry, and burn calories.

yeah. my stomahes like that too...and i'm pretty skinny
i would suggest crunches and pilates (i think that's how you spell it) and when doin pilates focus on toning the abs...
it takes a while getting used to but it's worth it...esp if ur on a swim team! happy.gif

me too!! i was at my dads work for FOREVER and hes a chef so i had resturant/fatty foods for months. i started off with 50 crunches. and after every week, id add on another 50 until i got up to 30. after a while, your stomach gets use to it. if you wake up in the morning with your tummy being sore, then is working!! good luck!

I know the topic starter is new to the community, but rules are rules. Please, please, use the search button before creating a new topic.

This is what I found by simply typing in "exercise". There are many threads on how to tone your abs. Feel free to post in those.
