there not to bad but maybe adding more layers & shading. parts of it is kind of choppy but its not too bad for your first.

hmm, might be the way you're vecotring.. try to get some great tutorials at vexels.net but at least I can tell that's lindsay lohan, because i was looking for photos to vector for her!
