OKAY I CAME ACROSS THIS TUTORIAL ND THIS IS SO HARD.. CAN SOMEONE MAKE IT A LIL SIMPLIER TO DO.. CUZ IM NEW TO PHOTOSHOP. ND THIS PHOTOHSHOP TUTORIAL IS COOL..SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME

STOP WITH THE ALL CAPS!
To use this tutorial, you must have a basic knowledge of Photoshop and its tools. ---- Do you? If not, then try to get those down before even starting that tutorial. You can't make it any simplier, because it defeat the purpose of the tutorial and makes the outcome look sh!tty.
