A Little Help Here?, Please Options

I wanted to know if anyone knows the code for something...i dont know what its called but i got a picture.Its where theres that new window/box thingy with the scrollbar. All the arrows are pointing towardds what I want. If you can give me the code I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
