Link Color Troubles?, And blurred images, please help! Options

How do I change the color of the Home, Blog, Search, Browse, and other links on the top of my webpage. They're coming up invisible for some reason and I don't know why. Why did you take out the <>'s? It's very imperative that you put them back when you get ready put them in your myspace...

Okay your blur script looks correct, maybe it's because you took out the <>'s
