You know, just because the majority of you only think "Oh, from the Middle East" doesn't mean that everyone does. I have a few friends that would automatically think of 9/11.

Like she said, FIRST IMPRESSION. People who revert to Osama Bin Laden or Saddam probably can't help it. Seeing a Mulism may jog the memory of having Muslim attacks on the US, not too long ago. It's not necessarily prejudice, but it's not right, either.

I'll admit I did think of terrorist, but I mean, who wouldn't? At least I'm honest, but when I thought about it, I thought that it was pretty unfair to assume something like that. Not to mention racist. It just doesn't make sense.

So now I think, someone who's faithful to their religion and culture?

Exactly.

I wouldn't think much of it; At the worst, I'd wonder what people who ARE prejudiced would think...

My sister works at a company where the founder and boss are Muslim... One day some lady came inside and pointed out to the desk clerk that there was a couple of Muslim men coming towards the building and asked if they wanted the woman to call the police... The desk clerk was all like, "uhhh... that's probably our boss..." _unsure.gif

Haha. Same here.

But I also thought of terrorist when I saw the first picture.
I didn't think much of the second. Just that it was a woman.
Then again. The first picture reminds me of the movie Team America.

I think that's a lie. You know why? Because you don't look at somebody and say "they are equal. Just like us" U look at them and just say "Very good." Do they look like aliens? No, so of course they're humnas, u don't have to say it.
