i have this picture thats 2096 kb n i want 2 use it as my bckgroun but i cant find anywere that will give me a code, ive pretti much gone threw the whole list on the big book of resources, if anyone nos a site that were u can upload an image that big then please tell me! thank u

you could upload it to freewebtowns then copy the link location and paste it where it says background picture in your look and feel
or if u want to put a picture then use this code |

umm that one didnt really help me becuz i dont get how to do the site, were do u upload the image? any one else no a site that lets u upload images 2069 kb ???

that`s a big file.
what file type is it and.. uh.. o_O http://www.freewebtown.com allows up to 250MB of space. ;\ just upload it and get the url like you would for imageshack |

when i try 2 make a login nothin happens, like i make it press submit then it goes to sum page, it like dosent tell me my password or anything and i lookd at my email n didnt get anything

try re-registering and re-check ALL your passwords, e-mail addresses, username, just incase you typoed.
