Why is my life slipping? I thought I was who I wanted to be Now everythings different Is this you, or is this me? I can't figure out anything now Seems like everythings a struggle I'm sick and tired of asking how... How did I get this way? I'm tired of everything Rageing on inside I want to end this now Where can I hide? I feel all alone, trapped and scared Why is my life slipping? Has anyone cared? I hope that you can see The way I feel I fall to one knee I look up at Him I ask him why, "Why does this have to be?" I don't understand now I thought I knew who I was Can you answer how? How did I get this way? I feel theres no control Everythings gone With life comes a heavy toll I wish I could move on © Brenden Noll |
