As much as I like Eclipses, I'm not fond of the way the back of the '06 Eclipse looks.

I dont like it, it's body is TOO fluid. It looks ilke a big round pebble. I like rigidity, and structure, and straight lines, that's why beamers are so popular, very straight, and neat.
It's okay, i bet they'll improve on the form in other models. I can see some resemblance to the old generation eclipses, nice touch but badly played out. They shuold look at the Acura RSX, and how they transitioned it's old body from the Integra to the new platform. But, with all of that said, i think it's an okay. What's the MSRP on that? I know it has a fast ass motor sitting high at 270hp |

that picture is flattering... the 2006 eclipse in person looks really ugly... it's too long and the front is too low. i swear, mitsubishi f**ked up after the '96 eclipse.

It's not butt ugly, but lacks distinctive styling...rather vanilla. Good flavor of ice cream, though. I'm into cars that have a cam that rolls the car at a light. Old school Impalas, 55-57 Chevies, and Corvettes.
