but what if it isint off the internet therefore doesnt have a URL? mine is just on my computer and i want to put my lil sis picture under my hero's...
C:\Documents and Settings\HTOffice\My Documents\My Pictures thats where it is on my computer but how do i get it in there without a URL? |

^you can't. you have to first upload the picture to a webhost (like photobucket or imageshack.us) before you can use it on your profile.
