Erm... I'm new to photoshop so I don't really understand the program.

I've read that thread and also tried to follow the steps but I still don't understand. May someone please explain to me how to make borders?

On your finished image, make sure your layers are all flattened and everything's deselected and what not.

Then select your whole canvas either by going to Select>>All, or pressing Ctrl+A or right clicking on the canvas with the marquee tool and clicking on 'Select All'.

Then go to Edit>>Stroke [it's about half way down], pick the width you want your border to be, select 'Inside' for location.

Unless you want to change it, keep the mode and opacity to 'Normal' and '100%'.

I hope that helps ^_^ if you're still having problems let me know...
