if you want it for yourself, than go right ahead and code it but if you are going to be submitting it to the xanga skins section...i

The image quality is shit and the font looks too...fake/out of place.

How can I make the image quality good by using photoshop? I've tried that tutorial that Roxanne made, but for some reason it didn't work.

did you enlarge the picture? because usualy whenever you enlarge a picture by any amount...it comes out looking bad. and even if the image quality was better...it STILL probably won't get accepted. and the font doesn't really match. the phone is sleek and smooth and the text is like...ganger-y.
