Ciara banner and the Beyonce one are good IMO.

the grind on me, freak a leak, and we belong together look like a lot of the stuff i see on xanga these days. way to cliche. and colors are not really good. i think the first ones the best. should really find better fonts though.

I'm going to put aside the fact that I think ciara is rediculously ugly, and say that the actual belnding is not bad. You did a pretty good job on that part. I also think there is room for improvement. I dont really have many suggestions, just try doing somehting a little different. A lot of those are really typical, like something you see just about everyone do. bUt since you are just starting thats okay. Just keep workin at it.

 Good for a starter, and in time you'll improve. Try some brushes and gradient overlay. Keep at it
