i have icon art, but i want an icon maker program that can make the icon bigger, bcuz the biggest it could get it 64 by 64. so tel plz tell me of a program u no about that can make bigger icons!

Well are you planning on making animations or just regular icons?
When you think about it, icons are pretty small, so that's probably why there is a limit size. To make animated icons (or images or avatars), you should use Adobe Imageready (usually packaged with adobe photoshop), OR you can use Jasc Animation Shop (usually packaged with Jasc Paint Shop Pro). It's kind of complicated, but hey, I've used those programs before. :] |

.... .ico files can't be any bigger than 64 x 64.
It's fairly impossible, because they're mostly used for, like, desktop icons and favicons. |
