Finally, 2 years after my first, I've completed another vexel.
I'm getting a domain soon so I've been making all sorts of layouts. This vexel took 1 hour and has about only 30 layers. The quality's kinda bad but eh.

Oooh! Wow it's really good :D Although I don't like how it's kind of blurred. Or wait... maybe it's not blurred, but the eyelashes kind of look like they're glowing... Wow cool effect!

I really like how she glows in the picture. It's a nice vexel overall. I think the lips need more layers, though. But it's very good.
