What if i have my perod and blood starts coming through my pants? abd i have no sweatshirt, ketchup, extra pants or anything red to cover it? What will i do??!?!?!?!?!?!?!

it's pretty much common sense. ask a friend for one and if they don't have anything then go to a bathroom. if neither, then you're pretty much screwed. but theres ALWAYS a bathroom around, unless of course your in the desert. then your really screwed. but if your in the middle of the desert chances are no one will see you so it doesn't matter if theres blood on your pants. but thats just disgusting. lol okay i'm done. sorry just a little too much sugar tonight

If you have PE, wear your PE shirt. They're usually oversized, so they can cover your pants.
OR go to the lost and found, they usually have random shirts there that you can borrow. |

Go to the nurse or your gym coach to ask for a change of pants. At my old high school, we have uniformed gym shorts so I always keep one extra in my gym locker handy.
Just so you know, schools are suppose to keep a couple of extra t-shirts or sweat pants in case a student wears something he/she's not supposed to wear to school. You should be able to convince your nurse to get an extra pair of sweat pants for you. |

well, i had my period at school in 8th grade.. came to me by surprise.. the WHOLE day my stomach was hurting like CRAZY and i had NO CLUE why.... later on, i went to the restroom and realized i had my period ..cause there was blood >.< ..but SURPRISINGLY, it didnt leak.. cause i was wearing the jeans that were pretty thick... it didnt go on the other side of the jeans. .. lol well anyway, you sorta have signs when your about to start your preiod.. and if you THINK you leaked ..just go to the mirror and just check... there's really no way in PREVENTING it from happening |

Hehhh, that happened to me once.
 All I had to do was go to the Nurse's room and ask her for a pad. But good thing I was in 3rd period -- P.E. I got a pad right there. |

If you're afraid no one (including yourself) will have anything, start carrying an extra pair of shorts with you in your backpack. I'd rather do that than have to walk around all day with blood on my pants...or wear a pantyliner whevever your period time is approaching...your period (if it comes suddenly) won't go right through that and then you won't have any worries!

that happens to me all the time since i'm so irregular. just keep a sweatshirt handy in your locker. if you don't have a pad or tampon, the nurse should have some or a bathroom would have a dispenser.

well, that never happens to me because (lucky me) i usually get my period on fridays when i get home or saturdays. but the best thing you can do if you have no other options and it's bleeding through is to go to the nurse...she always will have extra pads/shirts/pants. if not, then she'll most likely let you call home and have your mom/dad pick u up or bring you in another change of clothes.

i get my period on the weekends so i'm pretty lucky, but unfortunately if i do have my period, i'd ask a friend to borrow their sweatshirt, or i'll just run to the nurse's office.

kids at my school just go to the office and call your mom to bring you a pair of pants. my PE teacher has literally a costco sized box of pads in the locker room. or you can just ask one of your female teachers for a pad if your not too embarassed to do that, but personally id rather ask my teacher than walk around school with a big red stain on your butt.

Ketchup is only used for an excuse. Like if people ask, "Why are your pants red?" or can say, "Oh, my ketchup. It busted..". But of course, every girl might already know that and won't believe you ..
But, go to the nearest restroom if you can. But, you should bring extras just in case anything happens. Go to the nurse that your school if you need new pants. They may have some clothes. But, usually you should also bring extra tampons or pads with you at all times.

Go to your gym locker room and wear a big tee or something, or ask your friend for one. And if that falls ask for a pass and go to the caf and grab a pack of ketchup then say that you sat on it (stick it in your butt pocket).

the nurse will have some just ask, but your first one shouldn't be that heavy that it would leak through, i've had mine for 2 years and it has never leaked through, even when i was prepared for it...

When you know you have it wear a sweater just incase to wrap around. I let my friend use my sweater once cause she was too ashamed to get up so yea just be prepared always have like an extra pair of shorts in your bag or something ask your mom or cousin sister any female about it

oh my days..this reminds me of the time i was away over easter on a language course..
on the last day, we packed and sent our bags off to the bus...and my pads were in my big bag.... then we got a different bus to the massive hall place thing, where it was bein held, and where we were gettin picked up to go home at 5am the next morning. (we watched movies till the buses arrived) i got my period around 11pm that night..and had to use tissue till i GOT HOME AT LIKE 7am ! jeeeeeeeesus i was so worried that it'd leaked... thank God it didnt..and that i wasnt wearing a skirt  that wast the worst thing thats happened me.. dont be worrying about it, seriously. relax and things will b fine

that happend to me once.. it suckkeddd i tihnk i was wearing beige pants..and during lunch i went to the bathroom and yeahh but i got like a huge bunch of toilet paper and wrapped it around my undie..and i had like 2more classes to go..so i couldnt use the bathroom and wehn i got home,, it hasnt leaked..so that works also but i guess u can just wear jeans? it doesnt show unless its light.or cover w. ur backpack..haha make it looww~~!!! |

Gawd. That happened to me and I walked ALL the way down the hall with blood on my pants until I realized it was soaking through (it got on the chair -__-). And my goddamn idiot teacher wouldn't let me go to the restroom. Luckily I had a sweatshirt to cover it up. If you think you're going to start your period soon... 1) Bring extra pads! Don't be embarrassed. They might come in handy although the first day of your period should be pretty light. 2) Bring a sweatshirt to wrap around your waist and cover your bottom if blood does seep through. 3) Bring an extra pair of pants for the same reason as #2. 4) If you have a teacher you feel close with, tell her you're on your period so she'll excuse you if you need to go to the restroom for it. 5) Go to the nurse if you've forgotten to bring a pad or use the dispensers. 6) ALWAYS wear panty liners a few days before you think your period is going to start. I hope that helps. |
