This is cool... but I need some help? Options

Well errrr... I think it's cool, at least, heehee. But anyway, I'm making my xanga look sort of like a live journal (yeah, don't laugh ). I just thought it was interesting. But anyway, I just need a little more help. Here's the site (it's my test site):

You see the entry boxes? Well, basically, I want to move those over to the right a bit. They tend to stay close to my left modules and I don't know how to change that. I tried the <div align="left"> thing and that didn't work either. If anyone is familiar with html, and knows how to change this, I would be VERY appreciative.

And also, one more thing. This is really just a petty detail, so if you don't know, that's okay. You see how the left module is just a little higher up than my entries? I'm also trying to change that, and have no clue how, or even if I can. If knows how to do that, I would be appreciative as well.

Hmmm... I tried it. No luck. Is there a specific place I'm supposed to put it?

It works best in Custom header.
Also, you should say what type of modules you're using. -.-

Gaahhh, it's not working. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Should I post my code? Maybe that'll help, haha. But anyway, what I'm most interested in is trying to get my custom modules to be at the same height as my entries? Here's my xanga I'm using:

You see how the custom module is higher than my entries? Is there a way to fix that? IF so, any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Oops, sorry for the double post. But I got the first thing you posted to work. The "padding-align" thing. And it moved the text over. What I want is to move the actual entry BOXES over. Any idea on how I can do that? Thanks

Hmm... a triple post... this won't get me in trouble, will it? But there is absolutely no where else to turn, and ya'll seem like ya'll can help me. Plus, it's been a couple weeks since anyone's posted in this topic, so I figured, what's the harm? If you don't know what I need help with, look at the above posts. Come on, people. ..... The div should make the actual boxes move over... Just put it after the modules.

Hmmm... well all that div: align="left" stuff still didn't work. But I tried "width-right: 800px" and it moved it the entry boxes apart from my left module (which is what I want), but it also moved it apart from the right edge, so it's sort of scrunched in the middle, haha. BUT... I think I'm on the right track Here's my code. Maybe this will help better.

And more importantly , I'm trying to get my left module to be the same height as my entry boxes. You see how it's just a little bit higher than them? Yah, here's the code for my left module.
