sorry if this is double posting, but i used the search & everything BUT what i was looking for came up.
i fell kinda dumb asking this, but i see so much about brushes for psp, but what are they? what are they used for? how do you use them? |

brushes are different designs you see on a banners/images. theses are brushes
- http://veredgf.fredfarm.com/vbrush/main.html like you see those swirls or hearts, those are brushes. you have to download them and extract them on psp or ps. |
