Change the Blending Mode of the lines into Overlay or Softlight.

i suggest putting the text over the scanlines, and make the lines opacity lower or change the blend option.

I prefer scan lines when they're slightly visible..and I can REALLY see the scan lines here..so it's taking away from the overall appearance of the picture..so lower the opacity of them. I would also suggest spicing the picture up by adding a border.

i have to agree with what everyone said about the scan lines. other than that, its not bad.

Yeah, just lower the opacity of the lines and it will be great. I love their song! Nice! Simple, but nice.

The pattern blocks the whole thing out; make it bigger
Plus it never hurts to add brushes or texture! |
