Ok first of all I just got a new computer like 2 days ago but anyways everytime I try uploading my pictures from my camera it doesn't work and all it says is that there's a communication error I have no clue what's wrong with it but if you need more info about it or have any idea pleaase HELP!!!!!!!!!

computer specs, camera specs please.
try a different USB cable too and a differnet USB port. |

did the camera come with a disk? is your computer a windows xp?, try the manufactor website, usually they have free downloads for the different models, and it should work fine
