this seems odd to me, even before i post it but ah well.

well.. what type of party do you like best

christmas party, with secret santa (aww)?
halloween party, lame costumes and horror movies?
birthday party, celebrating someone special?
just a straight forward house party?

it sort of occured to me because, for some bizarre reason, i really want it to be halloween. think i'll organize a horror fest for next week sometime

surprise party!

they're awesome. i got one two years ago and now i refuse to throw my own parties because it was just great. i didnt have to set anything up, i didnt have to worry about people not getting invited and being mad, i didn't do ANYTHING, and it made my day _smile.gif

throwing them is pretty awesome too

halloween parties: lets all go trick o treating and get free candy!
christmas: what a happygolucky time. presents and love all around.
bday: what a happy time. just chilling and having fun. yay
house party: whoo, lets just have fun.

i prefer going to the kegger party where we all get drunk like whoa and have a massive orgy with hot chicks and then wake up on the front lawn and can't remember anything after last week.

I love halloween parties, house parties, and christmas parties. It's quite fun when you get to dress and and such. Also who doesn't love opening presents? Haha.

I also love random theme parties. Like, there was once a 90's party, which was pretty fun.

I like Halloween parties a lot. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. My friends and I really get into it, so Halloween parties are always awesome.
Regular house parties are awesome too. I don't go to too many of those, but they're always really fun... especially with my friends.
Good music, good people, people that aren't scared to play nickles and bloody knuckles, I feel comfortable to do whatever, etc.

Halloween because you don't have to buy a present, you get to wear a costume so no worrying about what to wear, you can vote on best costume, and there's no snow or there's no special weather outside so everyone's content to stay inside.

A B'nai Mitzvah party, even though I'm not Jewish. I have attended six B'nai Mitzvahs lately, and I think it's pretty cool, since my friends are there to dance, and have fun (like popping the balloons to scare off people, and all those crazy stuff). But then again, I would choose New Year parties, next to B'nai Mitzvahs. I can't forget those presents, those dancing, and the spectacular firework display. happy.gif

At my college, the weekend after Easter is a whole weekend devoted to partying called Houseparty Weekend. biggrin.gif
